The Northeast Tennessee Career Centers are "one-stop" facilities that provide local workforce services for job seekers and employers. The Northeast Tennessee Career Center system is comprised of five Career Centers located in Johnson City, Elizabethton, Kingsport, Bristol and Mountain City, Tennessee. Each Career Center addresses the specific community employment needs of residents and businesses. The Centers offer labor market information, internet access, workshops, job placement, job skills training, employer recruitment and job fairs.

The Northeast Tennessee Career Centers are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding State and Federal Holidays.
