Employee Resources - Need to fill a job opening?  Tennessee's Job Service assists employers in finding qualified job applicants by pre-screening applicants - We analyze job applicants for you based on your minimum requirements and refer only qualified candidates.   To list a job order by phone call in the  job description to the Career Center nearest the job location.  To list a job order directly on the web, just register on line at eCMATS, or fax the job order by printing the Fax Transmittal form and you may send it back to one of the Northeast Tennessee Career Centers.

Employee Recruitment - Need to recruit new employees? Use our broad range of services that include prescreening and pretesting applicants plus free office space for interviewing.  We can even set up at your place of business to take applications and perform testing for large plant openings or expansions.

Job Career Readiness Certificate - Need a means to verify an employee's skills?  The Career Readiness Certificate "CRC" utilizes the WorkKeys® assessment test developed by ACT, Inc.  The WorkKeys® system measures a candidate's potential to succeed in the business world of work.  When you recommend or require the  National Career Readiness Certificate, you will tap into the most qualified labor pool in your area.  When an applicant walks in with a certificate, it proves that they have solid workforce foundation skills.  Use the certificate as a tool for screening, hiring, promoting and targeting employee training and development.

Rapid Response - Need assistance during a layoff or closure? Our Dislocated Worker Unit will dispatch a team to help you within 48 hours of notification.  The Area Dislocated Worker Coordinator can assist you with the required Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification (WARN) and explain the services and benefits available to you as an employer and to your employees.

Job Training Resources - Need training for new or hired employees?  Our Career Centers can assist with job training needs such as On-the-Job (OJT).  Customized Training (CRT) and Incumbent Worker Training which are designed to enhance Tennessee's economy by developing new jobs and expanding existing industry.
